Ten Years on seating controls and cylinders.
Five Years on glides, casters, polymer-based components, upholstery (fabrics and leather), foam, armrests, chrome seating components, user-adjustable mechanisms, laminates, drawer glides, electrical components, cabinets, and mobile systems.
Three Years on outdoor products, electrical components, and dry erase surfaces.
Excludes damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, and damages incurred during shipping. Refer to our Full Warranty for complete details.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Onsemble within 30 days of discovering the defect, providing the serial number, date code, and model number of the product. Once reviewed, our Customer Care team will guide you through the necessary steps.
